How To Get A Six Pack: Strengthen Your Motivation

What drives you to search the net for how to get a six pack? I’ll make a guess - you want to look good on the beach so girls would notice how hot you are when you play volleyball! Wasn’t I right? It’s a great start. But let me tell you this – your motivation can be increased even more and you’ll begin to push towards getting a six pack as if your life depended on it.

What I am talking about is the recent scientific research, presented at a meeting of the North American Association for the Study of Obesity, which states that waist circumference is more conclusive as a measure of disease risk rather than weight or body mass index.

Arthur Agatston (the author of the South Beach Diet, Miami cardiologist) says that abdominal fat is dangerous, it is not like the rest of the fat elsewhere. Unlike fat directly under the skin, belly fat which adheres to organs, is tightly related to increases in C-reactive protein (CRP) and several other markers of inflammation that can potentially lead to different heart disease.

How’s that for a motivation? I bet you will forget about onion rings and fries from now on and will concentrate even more on how to get a six pack. Keep in mind that if your body fat is too high (and for majority of men 10 percent is already a high mark), it matters no more how hard and patiently you exercise your abs – there will not be any visual effect since they will not show up.
